Before this was a company, it was just me — answering calls from Philadelphia homeowners who felt stuck. Some were facing foreclosure. Some had inherited a house full of memories and didn’t know where to start. Some were tired landlords, and some were simply ready to move on. What they had in common was that the usual way of selling — agents, repairs, showings, and months of waiting — just didn’t fit their situation. I set out to build something that did.
I started Liberty Pathway Homes on a simple belief: people going through a hard season with a house deserve to be treated with honesty and respect, never pressure. The part I’m proudest of isn’t the houses — it’s hearing a homeowner say they finally felt heard and taken care of.

Why I Do This
Faith and family are the foundation of everything I do. I treat this business as a form of stewardship — doing right by people, keeping my word even when it costs me, and building something my family can be proud of. As a husband and a father, I know a home is far more than a building, so when a homeowner trusts me with one of the biggest decisions of their life, I treat them the way I’d want someone to treat my own family.
